During the trip participants will complete 2 included PADI distinctive specialty courses:
- PADI Turtle Awareness with green & hawksbill turtles most likely seen in Similans.
- PADI Shark Conservation Diver with leopard sharks most likely seen at Koh Tachai.
There is also an opportunity for extra eco-education, e.g.:
- Project AWARE
- Coral Reef Conservation
- Underwater Naturalist
Open Water divers are highly recommended to gain PADI Advanced Open Water certification during the trip, so all marine delights at deeper sites can be fully enjoyed.
