Global Diving Initiatives (GDI) - this is unique programm has been created for active divers who like to travel. GDI is dedicated to the specific aspects of diving like: coral reef conservation efforts in different countries, examples of effective protective measures like no-take zones creation, National Parks establishing, artificial reefs building and endangered species protection efforts and programms all over the world. GDI includes a vast plan streched to several years.
During this PADI course, divers will learn about sharks, why sharks are in peril, why we should care and how to take action. We will also disuss sharks common to Florida waters and the unique Lemon shark aggregation that happens here. Sharks are crucial to marine ecosystems and they are in global decline. Join Instructors Heather Anderson & Amy Lesh at Jupiter Dive Center, Saturday, January 14th, 9:00am for the course followed by a 2 tank drift dive on sites known for shark populations.
