Fintas underwater cleanup at North Fintas Beach at the north side of the Safir Hotel on the seaside. Please come and help do something good for the sea, the community, and the environment. Bring your dive gear, rubbish collection bag, and certification card to register. Scuba diver and above certification required. Maximun depth will be 12 meters and the dive time will be 45 minutes. The Thousand Islands or locally known as the Kepulauan Seribu is a small archipelago north of the Jakarta Bay. The area has always been pressurized by debris that came out of Jakarta and also illegal fish bombing in the past. Some of the area has been declared as National Marine Park, however its vicinity to the big town of Jakarta could not avoid it from massive amount of debris.

We will be running a Dive Against Debris with a maximum number of places of ten on the morning of Saturday 19th May. Please confirm your participation as soon as possible. Social and apero afterwards next to the boat if the weather is good. A great sense of actually doing something concrete and positive for the local underwater environment.
