Report
All grant recipients must submit a six month progress report and/or final report once the project is complete. We also require photographs of the project.
If your project is complete before the six month progress report is due, please submit a final report at that time. These reports are mandatory and must be submitted on time. The downloadable report form (pdf) will provide you with the correct formatting for the report. Failure to submit reports will have a negative impact on future funding.
Please take the time to review this form before your program begins and take appropriate steps to ensure you will be able to complete the reports as required. You will be expected to achieve the goals you listed in your proposal and you will be expected to use Project AWARE Foundation funds for the items indicated in your proposal. If for any reason you need to submit revised goals or a revised budget, please contact us immediately.
Your reports not only help inform us of your progress, but also provide us with learning experiences that will help improve our grantmaking, thereby helping other projects and nonprofit organizations at the same time.
