    i'm jarry ,a chinese diver,my certification is PADI instrator,i have a dream,it's the fair,peace,friendly,and have a pure earth,the part area of Qinhuangdao seas is not very well,it make  me sad ,so i want doing something that can improve for environment in Qinhuangdao ,i also want make fried with new people to environment protection in another city or country,not only in shake protection ,but also sea. please  contact me .
