My name is Arthur W Randall, diving since 1983, and became a PADI Instructor in 1997. We have different seas and oceans, but it is one water mass, at the rate humankind is carrying on, our second generation from now on will have nothing to see. The Eastern Countries catch the sea empty at a scary rate, and other countries in Africa use the Sea as a waste basket. I dont know what is going to dissappear first, the Rhino's in South Africa or the sea life.
