My name is mike, but my friends call me Hammerhead because of my love for the species< the hammerhead shark. Im not a diver yet,except for snorkling in malibu calif, my biggest passion is surfing.     I surf between Santa Monica north as far as Oxnard, calif.                     Being a Christian , serving the lord, it says to take care of his (GOD)s animals and creatures. I love anything doing with the ocean, and will do anything to take care of them.   My wife is very active in signing petitions for anything dealing with conservation and taking care of the ocean. She is my inspiration to do something, expecially the SHARKS! Ive been close to them while on my board, but never THAT close. Probably give one a hug :)mike
