I started diving at a rather late age before a trip to Central America in 2012. Did my Open Water with SSI in Denmark and despite bad visibility and not having the best instructor in the world I instantly loved being under water! So after I got back to the shop from my last dive I bought a full set of equipment from tank to fins:) At the beginning of my trip I did my advanced with PADI in Panama and did some diving on Utila with the dive shop Underwater Vision. And from then I was totally hooked - went back to Copenhagen, took leave from my studies, sorted my apartment out and bought a flight ticket back to Utila. Before I got there I had already decided to go all the way with PADI to instructor even though I only had my 20 dives. I ended up doing my MSDT as well:)

Now I have moved to Ecuador after 4 amazing months in Utila and I will see where the next destination is. Galapagos is definitely on the list:) And the next step up the ladder will be doing my staff instructor. I would like to have some more experience working with entry level divers and continuing education before I start though.
