Project AWARE Experience
On September 25, 2010 organized thirty-seven people to perform an underwater cleanup at the Leschi Sailboat Moorage (North Side) on Lake Washington, Seattle, Washington under the auspices of the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department. The cleanup effort comprised seven dive teams and one shore team over an area of approximately one-half square mile. All data submitted to Project AWARE.
On March 12, 2011 organized forty-two people to perform an underwater cleanup at Golden Gardens Park and Shilshole Marina in Ballard, Washington under the auspices of the Seattle Parks Department and Port of Seattle. The cleanup effort comprised seven dive teams and one shore team over an area of approximately one square mile. All data submitted to Project AWARE.
