ReefCI is a small not for profit marine conservation company that has been operating in beautiful Belize for 8 years.

We offer all inclusive Monday - Friday packages on remote private Coral caye in the Caribbean. Our trips include 3 dives a day on the 2nd largest barrier reef; oceanside accomodation, fabulous food and marine conservation training. A full suite of PADI courses is on offer and its a great place to learn or further your PADI certifications, in the crystal clear calm waters of the Caribbean. We are the only divers in the area so it really feels like you have the whole ocean to yourself, its very special!!

We work with the Belize fisheries department monitoring the commercial fish species, lobster and queen conch. We also monitor the reef using both ReefCheck and Coral Watch methodologies. We hold regular fish and coral identification sessions so not only will you leave ReefCI a better diver but you will also know alot more about our precious marine environment.

We are also an integral part in Belizes plan for eradicating the invasive lionfish from our waters. Our guests go down armed with a speargun which is great fun and a real highlight for most. After catching the lionfish we teach guests how to remove their poisonous spines and analyse their stomach contents before cooking them and serving them for dinner. They taste great with a little garlic and seasoning and make excellent ceviche too!!

We are really lucky to be in the migratory path for the majestic whale sharks so come visit ReefCI around the full moon between March - June and you may get to swim one of these amazing creatures!!

Ever heard of the String of Pearls?? Possibly one of the best night dives ever!! This incredible phenomena occurs each month up to 10 days after the full moon and is like swimming through the milky way, only 12 metres underwater!!! Intrigued?? Come see for yourself, we would love to have you!!!
