- My Summary
I grew up living in Jupiter, FL. In 2003 I joined the military and shortly thereafter was stationed in the Mid-West. This is where I learned how to dive. Upon my seperation from the military, I came back down to Florida and was working for a very short time on a dive boat. While working on the boat, I did have a chance to complete my Nitrox Certification. Due to medical reasons, I had to leave working on the dive boat. I did enjoy my time aboard the boat and learned a lot.
I am currently enrolled in an Advanced Open Water course with a focus on Shark Conservation. One of the other specialties I want to become certified in is Search and Recovery.
I also volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol. My primary focus is Emergency Services. CAP performs about 90% of inland search and rescues as tasked by the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center.
