Became a diver in Sept1966 thru Los Angeles County Under Water Unit.  Advanced diver Dec 1967,  LA County Underwater Instructor June 1969.  Went thru US Navy Scuba school 1975 in San Diego, CA, Second Class Diver school 1977 in Peral Harbor, HI and First Class Diver school 1979 in Washington, D.C.  made over 3,000 dives with the Navy from 1975 to 1995.  Still dive and have over 1100 non-Navy dives.  Live in Pensacola, FL where most of the dives are wreck diving, including on the 800 foot aircraft carried the USS Oriskany, deck at 130 feet.
