Trash Collecting

We often go out diving just off shore from our dive shop, to explore the Ojo de Agua (Eye of Water) where one of our amazing, local cenote (underground rivers) flows out into the Caribbean sea. Along the way we grab whatever trash we find... which is sadly a fair amount. We live in Mexico, which like many latino countries I've lived in, doesn't yet seem to grasp the issue of just throwing garbage on the ground... where it can end up... what issues it can cause.
