We are organsing a Dive Against Debris Specialty day to coincide with the inernational coastal clean up day. We will be doing 2 dives on Grand Anse Beach. We are also running Lionfish Eradicator coursrs that day to help with the invasive lionfish problem that we have here in Grenada. Non divers are welcome to join in with a beach clean up that is happening on the same day. Then we will all get together for a Lionfish BBQ.
Come join us to clenup the area around the Rompeolas and Mosquito Pier. Enjoy a morning with friends and family while you help the environment. After the clenup we will have a BBQ for all participants.
Come help clean up our favorite local dive spot on Saturday, May 23! Call The Scuba Shop (480-705-927) to preregister as this is always a popular event and tanks do become scarce. We will be meeting at the dive location at 1:00 PM, briefing at 1:30 PM, and a dive window from about 1:45 to 3 PM.

Desde que tuvo lugar el primer evento de limpieza anual de playa y submarina hasta hoy- escrutinios exhaustivos y periódicos de Dive Against Debris informan de la cantidad y tipos de residuos marinos encontrados bajo el agua – hemos dado un paso adelante y hemos aumentado masivamente la manera en la que podemos ayudar a proteger la vida marina de la basura letal que se encuentra en los océanos.
Tanking advantage of these beautiful sunny days with very low wind, RSDS Wadi Lahami team decided to make an underwater and magrove area clean up inviting all the guests in house to participate and help to keep our environement clean and healthy!
All the participants will receive our RSDS digital certificate of appreciation in reward for the great effort they make.
To celebrate World Water Day 2015, we will be organizing a Beach cleanup in collaboration with Panga Chumvi Resort and with the help of ZANREC, an innovative waste management company on Zanzibar Island. The event will start at 10am , as the tide will start going out, so plenty of time to pick up the maximum of trash!
