This beach is considered one of the most important dive site because it includes a main jetty and its beach is used by other diving centers as the beach is suitable for all diviving activities .. so for this big number of people visiting this beach every day along with number of boats , we decided to clean that beach for 2 days a month .

Ras um elseid ( Light house ) Or Elfanar are all names for one of the most famous dive sites in sharm elsheikh which host big numbers of divers and snorkelers everyday.. many diving centers use this beach for shore diving because it's very nice and include different types of both hard and soft corals . we believe it's highly recommended to inform divers about the importance of clean ocean and the harmful effects of the debris on the aquatec live ..

To celebrate World Water Day 2015, we will be organizing a Beach cleanup in collaboration with Panga Chumvi Resort and with the help of ZANREC, an innovative waste management company on Zanzibar Island. The event will start at 10am , as the tide will start going out, so plenty of time to pick up the maximum of trash!

In recognition of Earth Hour this Saturday (28/03/2015) aswell as switching off our lights for an hour (20:30-21:30) we will be doing a night dive and switching off our lights for 15 minutes in order to raise awareness for Global Warming and the impact it is having on our Environment!

At the same time, for a bit of extra excitment, we might do a little clean up rubbish from the site aswell!

On Sunday the 29th of March there will be a Beach Clean and Underwater Litter Pick. This is all volunteer work to help keep the Cornish Coast clean and the wildlife in a safer environment.

There will be a Cake Stand and all donations will be going to the DDRC.
