As it is dark when the fire works go off and the party ends there is normally residiual debris left on the beach that will end up in the ocean this will be a full day event going around Kauai to all firework desinations. Join one in your area or join us for the day of traveling around the island to help clean up and keep our island clean and our ocean debris free.

Last year on this dive such a good time was had by all, that the concept for Dive Against Debris Volunteers UK was born. Lansallos is a very pretty shore dive site, unfortunately, the right-hand side though, due to currents it gets full of plastic debris. Normally access is an issue for diving, with a 3/4-mile hike across countryside. However, the National Trust will transport our dive gear across the fields using a 4x4.
