Beach clean up associated with yearly family camping event. The Beasley camping event happens every July at Leo Carillo State Beach. This year we will have one full day to make an impact on cleaning up the beach we love so much. Every person big and small is encouraged to collect as much trash as they see and remove the possibility of it entering the ocean and harming unsuspected sea life. Prizes will be provided for those who collect the most trash.
30th of July,Two Fish Lembongan is hosting Dive Against Debris through Project Aware. Come dive with us and help make a difference and spread awareness about an important cause - our ocean!! By 2050 researchers estimate that there will be more plastic and rubbish than fish in our ocean. Every year marine animals die from eating or getting entangled in marine debris. Coral reefs are becoming rubbish dumps. As divers, we can collect and record data to help protect our beautiful ocean and every species in it.
