Time for a Dive clean up on our beloved Jumeira Beach. Please bring your own equiptment, tanks and nets. If you are missing a piece or two, let me know - I have some spares. If you would like to join, send me a message so that we know who's coming.
Focussing this year on the many rivers and streams that carry the major quantity of trash into the harbour, we will collect rubbish and gather debris, heading out together toward Pantai Pede.
The schools of Labuan Bajo will participate by having their children take part in the collection of waste, raising awareness among the next generation about the obligation to dispose of rubbish in a socially responsible manner.
To celebrate the 12th anniversary of Lotus Diving, we decided to give back to the community by organizing a cleanup and environmental awareness event that will take place on the 20th of september 2014, the month of Marine Debris awareness We invited divers around Thailand to come dive with us and help us with the cleaning of Chaloklum Bay, Haad Khom, the artificial reefs that have been laid last year outside Chaloklum Bay and possibly a less known dive site called Samran Pinnacle if the conditions and logistics allows us.

Join B&J Diving Centre in our annual International Cleanup Weekend this september. We will target dive sites and beaches around Coral Island and Tioman to remove debris and control Crown of Thorn Starfish. We will also host a BBQ and fundraising evening at our Dive Centre bar.
