This event is not that BIG event, this is merely just couple of friends traveling together to the Komodo National Park, and instead of just enjoying the beautiful sceneries - above and underwater -, we also take the responsibility in keeping it as beautiful as it can be.
So on every tour we go and in every dive we make, we will collect any trash we see and record the data.
If you are happen to be in the area in the exact time, whether it is only on the 11th or 13th or 15th, you are most welcome to join.

Beach Cleanup event at Pasir Bogak Beach, a popular tourist area on Pangkor Island, Perak, Malaysia. Schoolchildren from Sekolah Kebangsaan (National Primary School) Seri Pangkor will be participating in this event which is co-organized by Ocean Elements - PADI Dive Centre and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and sponsored by Tourism Perak.

Join our newest Divemaster Steve today at 4pm today for a much needed beach clean up and get a free fun dive tomorrow on the Biorocks reef tomorrow where we will collect, sort and log all the rubbish found for Project Aware's Dive Against Debris campaign.

Please join us for a beach cleanup in honor of International Coastal Cleanup Day and Project AWARE's Debris Month of Action. The Department of Environment and Marine Affairs and Blue Water Divers are teaming up to clean the stretch of beach in the Columbus Landfall National Marine Park south of the Bohio Resort.
We have a 3 dive trip out of West Palm in Florida, we are diving to see the Goliath Grouper and also to take part in DIVERS AGAINST DEBRIS Month. Contact us for info about our other trips coming up and collection dives.
This is our first attempt at doing a beach cleanup with the employees at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Holiday, FL. Our hopes are for good weather and lots of sealife abundant! We will be meeting at Fred Howard Park at 1pm and please know that there is a $5 entrance fee. If anyone wants to scuba, please bring a buddy! We are all looking forward to a fun time cleaning out the rocky sides of the beach and hunting for rubbish along the causeway. Hats, water shoes, refillable water bottles and sunscreen are recommended!
