I'm too young to start working for PADI, but I still love diving! It's well worth the training (I've never worked so hard at anything in my life!) and I don't regret a single minute. Although I've only done five dives so far, I'm dying to get back underwater. I love the tranquility of it all, and I love seeing such unique wildlife. It's weird seeing fish out of the aquarium tank, though for me, it makes the experience 10x better :)
Recently I started a diving site under the URL of http://www.wearescubadivers.tumblr.com (please don't be put off the site by the fact I'm young!), and am really enjoying editing it, and updating it. Feel free to visit :)
I haven't done many dives, but hopefully I'll get a few more under my belt. I love diving, and it's one of the best things I've qualified for in my life!
Recently I have created a scuba diving site. It's not as plain as you may think it is, and is actually quite resourceful.
It's called 'We are Scuba Divers'. I made this site as a sort of way to update them: I've included diving news, conservation projects relating to Project AWARE, photos/videos of great dive sites, and links to websites that are useful when it comes to conservation.
I've known about Project AWARE for quite a while, even two weeks ago when I wasn't qualified, and I've always wanted to be a part of it. Now I'm a member, and I have my own 'My Ocean' page, I can see what AWARE are doing for the ocean, and how I can be a part of it.
