Winners Announced: AWARE Kids Art Contest 2009

Project AWARE Foundation is delighted with the fantastic response to our 2009 AWARE Kids art contest. Over 600 entries were received from children across the globe featuring stunning artwork on the theme "Sharks Rule!"

 

A big thanks to all the kids who submitted their masterpieces as well as the teachers and parents who supported them and sent us their submissions. Project AWARE staff believes that all the entries were winners and choosing finalists was a very difficult process.

 

Winners were chosen by Project AWARE offices in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

 

Congratulations to the Shark Ambassadors whose amazing artwork has been selected in three different age categories. Winners from across the world will be receiving special prizes as a thank you for their superhero efforts for underwater conservation.
