Volunteer: Cleanup

International Cleanup Day is 25 September. This massive volunteer event is the largest of its kind, when underwater teams of dive volunteers in more than 100 countries tackle marine debris issues head on.

Please help combat the marine debris epidemic on International Cleanup Day and every time you dive. Find a cleanup event near you using the event map below, splash for trash and contribute data to help solve these serious issues. 

When AWARE divers take the plunge on International Cleanup Day their actions really count. Every piece of litter collected and reported is compiled into national and international reports helping to influence change.
