The dive show display and pull-up banners are ready. Our leaflets, posters, petition forms, raffle tickets, badges are all packed. We're ready for the 44th International Boat Show, the world's largest yacht and water sports show taking place at the Fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany from January 19 - 27, 2013. 1,650 exhibitors, including Project AWARE, from over 50 countries are expected to attend this great event to showcase their lastest products, activities, or campaigns and share their passion for the ocean.
From Diving Against Debris to writing to CITES leaders, saying NO to plastic bags to organising your own fundraising challenge in support of marine conservation, all divers can take action for the ocean and we'll be happy to guide you through the many ways divers can help protect the ocean one dive at a time during this dive industry well attended event.
Visitors to this year's Boot show are in for a treat! Our team of staff and volunteers have put together a great schedule of fun activities including a raffle with some amazing prizes:
- 3 x Blue Heaven Holiday adventures to Marsa Alam inc. 1 week half board accommodation at Le Mirrage Moon Resort and choice of 3* diving courses.
- Ceramic Reef Shark Sculpture by Sub Aquatic Art worth €2000
- All West Curacao - 1 week Junior Apartment incl. rental car and 6 days non limit shore diving for 1 person. Worth $1000
- 2 x Africa Dive Adventures - 3 days accommodation in Diver Villa, 4 dives on Protea Banks and Full rental gear worth $300 each
Tickets are €5/£5 each and are available for sale on the Project AWARE stand Hall 03 / F22! Tickets will be drawn on 27th January at 18:00.
