Revised Project AWARE Specialty

Launched just in time for AWARE Week, 15-23 September 2018, the newly revised Project AWARE Specialty course provides information and encouragement to help individuals take responsibility for ocean health.

Building on Project AWARE's popular10 Tips for Divers to Protect the Ocean Planet, the revised course content is an introduction to Project AWARE® as a global movement for ocean protection and focuses on guiding participants towards personal commitments and actions they can take to help the environment.

Project AWARE Specialty Instructor Guide

You can keep sessions informal and interactive to adapt the course to the students and your local environment. The Action Workshops at the end of each section include discussion points to help show how the information can be applied. The Knowledge Reviews then form an action plan.
