An Inspiring Call to Action from Paul Rose

Project AWARE News

Project AWARE recently connected with volunteer divers and ocean advocates at the popular London International Dive Show (LIDS). It was the perfect opportunity to engage with the dive community and launch the new 10 Tips for Divers to Protect the Ocean Planet.

One special highlight of LIDS 2014 was meeting Paul Rose, BBC TV presenter, National Geographic explorer and marine expert. Paul shared his passion for marine conservation and knowledge of global marine debris issues with a captivated audience on the Diver Stage. Paul also spent time with Project AWARE and Jeff Goodman, Conservation and Videography Editor at Scubaverse, who captured his inspiring words on camera.

To listen to Paul Rose's thoughts about scuba diving and the future of the ocean planet, watch this short video clip.
