Shark Aware Seminar at the kindergarten in Athens

Location: Athens

Audience: 40 kids from the kindergarten "Gelasto Portokali"

Ages: 4-5

It's been another Shark Aware Seminar with kids becoming more and more connected with the ocean and its inhabitants. The seminar lasted around one hour and kids had the chance to see the fossil shark tooth, a divers wetsuit, the net we use for the clean ups and many other items. They also learned underwater signals, such as "i'm ok", "turtle", "shark" and the most impressive for them was the signal for the hammerheads!

After the seminar they all received their diploma and we gave our appointment at the beach on Saturday to organise a big beach & underwater clean up with their families and divers from the local dive shop.
